missingWrote a review on Dec 29clean roomcomfortable bed
The room was newly remodeled and very clean. The shower had nice hot water, and the bed was comfortable. It had a large Samsung TV which was a nice surprise.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable for the experience we got.

I had a lovely stay in the Standard King Room. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was impressively clean and cozy. The only drawback was the rather small bathroom space. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

We loved the spacious pool area and being just a short walk from the beach. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making our stay enjoyable.
My kids wished there were more towels available for the pool. It would be great if families could have easier access to cleaning supplies during our stay.

The room we stayed in was decent size and had a fridge, which was great for keeping drinks cold. Maggie and Marlin at the front desk were super friendly, made us feel welcome and helped us with any requests we had.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but overall acceptable for what we got.

Spacious room, clean room, featuring a portable stove and utensils in the Kings Suite made our stay comfortable, especially being on the first level which was a huge benefit for our family with two kids under two.
The showers had no room for anything, and the floors were dirty.

Dining around here was a blast! Dino's Pizza had the cheesiest slices, perfect after a long day at the beach. Plus, the hot plate in our room let us whip up some late-night snacks.
The place was not without its quirks. Our room smacked of cigarettes, and the couch was sandy. When I mentioned it to the desk guy, he just shrugged. Not the service we expected!

My stay at Waikiki Village was delightful, combining quirky retro charm with excellent cleanliness. While the bathroom space felt a bit cramped, the vibrant decor and great pool area compensated for it. Overall, a memorable experience close to the beach!

Close proximity to the beach makes it easy to hit the sand. The recently modernized rooms add a fresh vibe, featuring comfy mattresses that actually help you get some rest after a long day.
The exterior and office really don't match the room's decent quality, creating a misleading first impression. Noise from barking dogs disrupted my sleep, and I couldn't enjoy my morning coffee on the balcony due to a pretty unpleasant smell from dog feces below. To top it off, I encountered multiple issues with room temperature control. my space was either too cold or too hot without any clear solution in sight. Additionally, I noticed nearby rundown buildings that made the location feel slightly sketchy, which isn't exactly what most travelers hope for. A lack of maintenance awareness was evident too, as issues I raised didn't get sufficient attention.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cute and cozy room with a super handy code lock. plus, the towels were fresh and fluffy! There were plenty of chill spots to relax, like the beautiful pool area and a cozy lounge perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the ice machine outside my room was out of order, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

The best part was the proximity to the beach—just a quick 2-minute walk! The room was comfortable, but housekeeping could definitely improve. 🏖️

The motel has a unique retro-chic design, which makes it visually appealing. The Roku TV setup can be confusing and lacks basic cable options. Very close to the beach, making it easy to access the ocean. Limited seating in the room, hard to find a place for our things.

It was just a fine choice for short visits in Myrtle Beach with good price-value balance. The place was recently renovated, giving it a modern feel. Try to get a room that doesn't face the street for a quieter experience.

The stay had its ups and downs. While the bathroom was nicely tiled and the bedroom was well-designed, there were significant issues with the reservation process and the room itself. This was disappointing, and there were basic amenities missing like towels and ice. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, primarily due to the check-in issues.

great access to parks and dining near the beach
the vintage motel near the beach was a pleasant surprise with its recent remodel and the friendly staff made my stay enjoyable as it was conveniently located only 1.5 km from the thrilling Family Kingdom Amusement Park and just a short stroll to many local restaurants like the tasty Gazebo Restaurant just a few steps away, perfect for my weekend city adventures.
